International Keynote Speaker

What if the city doesn't wait for a resident to fill in a form, but proactively starts the conversation — contextually, at the moment it matters? Professor Jordi Linares of the Polytechnic University of Valencia takes us through a concrete vision of the agent-driven city: a city that develops or even becomes its own AI agent, communicating in real time with the personal agents of residents. He explains what this means for urban services, what role open and locally running models play, and what agent-to-agent communication and the thinker-talker-model can mean in practice. How urban planners and spatial designers will design this new urban layer. And he is candid about the risks: cognitive outsourcing, the pace of change, and the choices cities can still make today.
